Oscar is the Vice President of Sales and leads the JB Industries national and international sales team with his passion, commitment, drive, and pride of JB products. Oscar has been a recognizable icon in the HVAC/R industry since 1992. He has built relationships with JB clients that span over two decades. Oscar is a strong supporter of HARDI organizations and received HARDI’s Booster Award which is given in recognition of consistent and exceptional service to HARDI wholesaler distributors and the HVAC/R distribution industry. Originally from Venezuela, Oscar has resided in Texas for over 40 years. He’ll let you know he’s a Texan because he’s always cheering for TCU and complaining about the cold Chicago weather. His HVAC/R career includes: Penguin Refrigeration, Full Circle, and Virginia KMP.

Tom Muncey

Director of Sales - Midwest/Eastern Region

Tom Muncey is the Director of Sales for the Eastern USA and leads the JB sales team for all territories east of the Mississippi River. Tom has incredible energy, determination and focus and is always exceeding customers’ expectations. He has grown the Midwest region immensely in the few years he has been at JB Industries. Tom’s previous experience includes being Channel Sales Manager of North America for Klein Tools. Tom resides in the suburbs of Chicago, IL.

Preston Collier

Regional Sales Manager

Preston Collier joined JB Industries in 2018 as a Regional Sales Manager, initially covering Illinois and Indiana. Today, he works closely with wholesalers and contractors throughout the southern region, helping them move product, solve challenges, and grow their businesses. Preston’s competitive drive and commitment to excellence are rooted in his background as a collegiate football player, where teamwork, discipline, and performance were non-negotiables. He is a graduate of Indiana State University and reside in Texas.
